Hello! This one took a bit of digging. Your balance system is an older style that is no longer made. It's actually kind of weird in that it's a hybrid of two different pivot shoes commonly use in MI windows, one which uses the 15-199 shoe and the other which uses the 15-180. While it's similar to both of them, it really is it's own creature. We've never been able to find an exact match, but after pouring through our records it seems that our 15-199 is the best candidate. This is shoe is 17/32" thick by 1-1/4" wide. Can you confirm that these dimensions match your own? If so, then you can also use our 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring and either our 15-150S, 15-150D, or 15-150T cover depending on how many springs you have on each side. Please review these parts and let me know what you think. As for the pivot bar, you have two options: either our 26-241, which matches the same hole pattern as your original, or our 26-378, which is commonly used with the 15-199 shoe. I think your better bet is the 26-241, since the holes are the same. While the tip is a little different it should still work fine in the 15-199 shoe. Hopefully that all makes sense. This one was a bit of a mystery, but I think this is our best solution. Let me know if you have any questions. |
