Built Best Window crank assembly

Do you have these parts. I need three sets. I'm a real estate broker trying to help a client prep their home for sale.

Thank you for your help

I'm very confident that we can help you with this project, yes. However it looks like the worm gear came out of your operator. I would bet it's still attached to the handle, or at least it was when it came out; it would have looked like a corkscrew.

This happens when a handle is over-torqued one way or the other during operation. Unfortunately, however it happened, it is irreparable. You will need an all new operator.

We can help with that, but I will need a clear photo of the operator out of the window. Right now all I can say is that it's a Truth brand assembly, but that only narrows it down so much. Let me know if it's possible to see it without obstruction.

The cover and handle match our 39-107 and 39-114L, respectively, but you can probably reuse the originals. They don't appear damaged.

I will make a trip over to my clients house and see if I can get a more complete photo. There is a piece of window framing along the top the operator that I will have to figure out. perhaps I can 'You Tube' it.

Can you give me an approximate cost for the operator? We need 3 of them.

Sure! Looking at the different Truth operators that use this same style base, the cost could be anywhere from $30 to $50 dollars per operator.

I'll make a list of the different parts I'm looking at for your reference. You may be able to pick out the match yourself once you see the original:

Keep in mind that this list isn't necessarily definitive, but they are the most common. I am fairly confident that it's at least one of these. Please also note that all pairs are sold separately.

Okay, hopefully this helps. Note. The screws hole dimensions facing the operator from inside the window are 4" apart and the lower second screws are 4 3/8" apart.

That's a huge help, thank you! Looking at these photos, my top pick is the 39-031 and 39-032. You should just check to make sure the arm sizes are the same, especially the smaller link arm. It looks like it is but you can never be too safe.

If the link arm is too long, our 39-155 and 39-156 may be a better option.

Tom, The 103/4" arm measurement on the last suggested fit actually measures 81/2" on our window crank. Do you have that? The 47/16" measurement is a match. it's just the longer arm that is a bit shorter.

Do you have that one?

I haven't come across a version of these operators with an 8-1/2" long arm. I would recommend double-checking to make sure that you are measuring from the center of the base to the end of the arm as shown in our diagram.

Tom, can I order 3 of the 39-032 operator's?
I can call you if that's helpful
