Casement crank mechanism

Thanks for posting! The base from your casement window operator is pretty similar to a few different style operators. I'll need to see a photo of the entire operating mechanism to provide you with the correct recommendation. Please provide photos of the arm(s) of the operator and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Your sash lock looks like a direct match for the 38-097 LH EntryGard Sash Lock; the right handed lock is the 38-098. Both of these locks are compatible with the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.

Thanks for the additional photos. This casement operator appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator; the opposite version is the 39-316. Be sure to take a look at the compatible hardware accessories tagged below.

I'm happy to help! This operator reminds me of the 39-013; the opposite version is the 39-014.These operators are compatible with the same crank handles. I am confident this is the replacement, you'll need but be sure to double check the dimensions.
