Casement window crank

I am looking for a set of these, left and right. Mine are stripped out. Do they make these more durable?

Hello there. I think we can help, but I need to see the entire operator, including the arm that moves the window, to ID what you have. A bird's eye view with either the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would be best. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think you might have either the 39-027E and 39-028E with the 9-1/2" long straight arm, or the 39-013 and 39-014 with the 13-1/2" long arm. See the diagrams below. Let me know what you think. For a new handle in either case, see the 39-114L sold separately.

You may also want to consider comparing the 39-365 operator. As opposed to 39-027E with a nylon roller at the end of the arm, this operator has a semi-flat metal disk, and is commonly used with undermount track applications. See related items 39-504 to compare the track.
