Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your pivot shoe. However, there is a chance that our 17/32" thick 15-199 could work as a replacement. Compare the dimensions to determine if this is the right fit.
This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick S160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. To determine which series you need, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your coil spring. For a 20-pound sash, you'll need either one S160-10 on each side or two S165-5 on each side. Thanks for posting!

We offer the thicker 15-259 pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide by 13/16" thick (.840). Review the specifications below to see if this might be a better fit. Unlike your screw on coil springs, this shoe uses a "T" end coil spring that locks into the top of the pivot shoe. For a 20 lbs. sash, you can use one S159-10 coil spring on each side of the window sash. It uses a simple coil spring housing, 15-255, where the spring sits inside and is screwed to the window track.
