This shoe is compatible with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 or the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Can you confirm the thickness of your original coils to move forward? Thank you!

For a 3/8" coil spring, you would need the Series 165 coil springs. Your original coils appear to be stamped with #5.0s which would be the S165-5 coil spring along with the 15-205 triple support cover.
My only concern is the window weight provided.
With three 5s on each side, these springs together would support a 30 pound window sash. Was the window hard to close or felt a lot of tension?
For a 24 pound sash, we would recommend using (2) S165-6 coil springs on each side instead along with the 15-204 double support cover.
