Coil spring hardware

Question

I am looking to replace the pivot shoes, coils and plastic piece that goes over the springs. The window weights 21lbs. Are you able to help identify what item I would need to do this work. Hopefully looking for just a full assembly. Not sure if the 11lb series 140 quick tilt dual is what I should be looking at for each side of the window.
pivot shoes is 1 1/4" horizontal and roughly a 1/2" think.
coils appear to be 3/8" wide.

Hello there!

Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-199. Since the sash weighs 21 pounds, you can use two S165-5 5-pound springs on each side of the window. This will total 20 pounds of overall support.
