I believe we can help but I'm not sure what the dimensions of your operator are. I'd recommend starting by taking a look at our 39-013 and 39-014 Casement Window Operators with 13-1/2" long arms. If your arms are shorter, you could also consider our 39-027E and 39-028E, which measure 9-1/2" long.

For the darker broken operator shown in your photos with screws in the base, you can consider our 39-365 and 39-366, along with a 39-114L handle. Review the specifications of each part to see if these operators could work for your repair. Thank you!
