Your balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378 3" Pivot Bar.

There are two different series of coils springs used with this shoe. To determine which of these is the correct series for your assembly, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils.

That said, since your sash weighs 14lbs you'd need either the 1/2" wide S160-03 (which uses the 15-150D support) or the 3/8" wide S165-3 (which uses the 15-204 support).
