Pivot bar and shoe cam

Thanks for reaching out to us. I am afraid we don't sell an exact match for this shoe. However, I recommend you start by taking a look at the Series 140. You'll just want to remove your old one from the window track so that you can compare the specifications.
We'd be happy to help with the pivot bar but we will need to see a photo of an undamaged version removed from the sash to narrow down your replacement options.
Thank you very much for your patience while we looked further into this! After going through our database, we came across an older discussion with a customer with a similar-looking shoe where we recommended the 15-199 which uses the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Your old pivot bar may not be compatible with this so we recommend you have a look at the 26-378. Carefully review the specifications and see how they compare with yours. Note, you only need one hole placement to match up with ours in order for it to work.
The Series 140 is still an option but you would need a new pivot bar as well. The 26-398, 26-405, and 26-454 are compatible but you will have to compare the specifications to see if one of the hole placements align.
Keep in mind, we recommend removing your old pivot shoe from the window to compare the thickness and width to the 15-199 and Series 140. The 15-199 is 17/32" thick and 1-1/4" wide. The Series 140 is 9/16" thick and 1-1/4" wide.
To determine the proper spring weights, you will need to divide the sash weight by the total number of coil springs in the window. Let us know if you have any questions!
