Replacement coil housing

Hello,
I have a vinyl window of unknown origin with a broken coil housing spring. the picture of the removed part is the left side, the installed one is the right. The top spring is kinked and broken so needs to be replaced. One coil is 4 lbs the other is 5. Question 1 - Is there a coil with a longer tail so the lower coil matches up with the upper coil where it connects to the mounting bracket? Question 2 - do you have a replacement pivot housing as shown in the photo? it looks different from what you have in your catalog.

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for this coil assembly but I believe our 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing could work for your repairs. You'll need to compare the width and the thickness of the housings to yours to confirm that these are the right fit; the length should not affect the window function.

You'll need the S180-04 and S180-05 to replace the 4lb and 5lb coils. These are anchored to the window track using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.

The cam on your housing is shaped a bit differently, so you may also need to consider replacing the pivot bar. Start with reviewing and comparing the 26-040, 26-063, 26-089, and the 26-422 as possible replacements. Their dimensions can be found on the website.
