Sure thing! Take a look at our 15-199 pivot shoe and 26-378 pivot bar. For the coil spring, it could be either our 3/8" thick Series 165 or 1/2" thick Series 160. You can reuse your spring cover as long as it's in good condition.

What is the number for the spring cover?

That would depend on which spring you go with. If you have the 3/8" thick Series 165 then you want the 15-204, while the 1/2" thick Series 160 takes the 15-150D.

Note that both of these covers are designed to carry 2 springs each. I believe that's how many you have on each side, but let me know if I'm wrong about that.
