Hello. I have a window sash that needs to be repaired. The brand and model is Simonton Impressions 7300. The coil is 1/2 wide and the sash weighs 19lbs. Could you help me identify the parts needed to replace the coil, shoe, and pivot? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to ID your coil balance, but we'll need more information. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe?

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the specifications for the 26-378 and see if they match up with your old one.

Thank you! We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but take a look at the 15-199. Review the specifications and see if you think this could work for you.

You can use one 5.5-pound S160-05 and one 4.5-pound S160-04 coil spring on each side of the window. 10 pounds of support on each side will provide 20 pounds of overall support, which is fine for the given sash weight.

If you need a new double spring support, see the 15-150D.
