Simonton Window Replacement parts

Question

I called last week to speak with someone about some replacement parts for my Simonton windows.  I was asked to include pictures of the parts and the width of the balancer.  I have included the pictures.  I am in need of replacing the lower sash balancers on both sides of the window along with the metal pin to lock into the balancer.  The coil springs - one of them has a 3 on it and the other one has a 4 on it.  The width of the balancer is 1 1/4 inch.  If you are able to provide any assistance, it would be greatly appreciated.

Your pivot shoe is a match our 15-199 that uses the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Measure the width of your coil band to see which one matches best and let us know if you have any questions. If you need a new double coil support and your springs are 1/2" wide, see the 15-150D. If they're 3/8" wide, see the 15-204 double support instead. As for the pivot bar, take a look at our 26-378. Look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see if this matches what you need.
