We do not have this exact shoe but the 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work to replace it. You'll need to be sure to compare the width and thickness of your shoe to confirm it is the right fit. There are video tutorials below with instructions on removing/installing them, tagged below this thread.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" Series 160 coil balance (uses the 15-150D double support) or the 3/8" Series 165 coil balance (uses the 15-204 dual support). To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the width of your coil springs.
