Thanks for your post. This balance shoe is no longer made but the 15-199 Pivot Shoe Should work to replace it. I am confident this should be a fit for your repairs but be sure to review and compare the dimensions.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

It is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance (uses the 15-150D cover) or the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance (uses the 15-204 cover).
