Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new tilt latches and a new balance.

Starting with the tilt latches, my top pick is the 26-243 and 26-244. These look like they match your originals very closely, but review their dimensions to verify.

As for the balance, this is a type of coil assembly. We can probably help but I will need a clear picture of the pivot shoe before I recommend anything. I also need you to tell me the thickness of the spring. Would that be possible?

Pieces are broken in window and at bottom of window itself in one

I'll send you that one separately

Thanks! That pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-199. This is compatible with either our 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165. You didn't mention the thickness, so your next step is to measure that to determine the better option.

I'm not sure if you also need a pivot bar, but the one you show here resembles our 26-378. This also happens to be compatible with the 15-199 shoe.

I feel confident that the 15-199 is a good match for the shoe. When I mentioned thickness, I was specifically referring to the springs. As mentioned above you have either the Series 160 or Series 165. You still need to measure them to determine the better option.

You just measure the broad part of the band. What we're trying to figure out is how deep it needs to be to fit properly in the track.

I'm afraid the sticker you showed us doesn't tell you anything about what balance hardware is used. The numbers printed on the springs themselves also aren't identification numbers, they just indicate how much weight in pounds each individual spring supports.

The only way to properly identify a balance is to go by the details. In your case, I was able to narrow it down to two possibilities thanks to your helpful photos: the Series 160 and Series 165. However I can't narrow it down any further than that for you. You have to measure the originals in order to make the final decision.

So, the type of plastic cover you need will depend on the size of the springs. If you have the 1/2" spring, then you can use the 15-150D double spring support. If you have the 3/8" spring, you can use the 15-204 double spring support.

This is assuming you have two springs per side; reviewing your previous pictures, that appears to be the case, but please let me know if I'm mistaken.
