I am looking for the balancers and footers
Need one groove guide ,4 window pins and one upper sash balancer minimum
Upper sash balancer he's measuring 25 1/4 and the lower sash balancer measuring 27 on the U channels And there's no identifying information on the sashes or frame to indicate manufacture
Overall window measures 38 3/4 x 62 And you channel balancer measures 27 on the steel U shape
Upper right sash balancer missing completely upon arrival as well as the pins that go into the slide locks to support the window are also missing as well

Thanks for reaching out! Your balance looks like it could be the Series 765 Channel Balance made with a pivot shoe hook. With that said, for the balance measuring 27", you'll need the S765-27 with a 26-5 stamp option.

The balance measuring 25-1/4" would be our S765-25. Although, I would be sure to double check the length of the channel since the length of these balance would be 25". You'll also need to check the balance for any stamps/markings, as this is what is used to determine the weight range the balance can carry and the stamp option you'll need to select.

The shoe compatible with these balances is the 15-046. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing shoe but this should work well as a replacement. Be sure to review the dimensions and compare them to your shoe to confirm that this will be a fit for your window. You'll especially want to confirm the width and the thickness.

Your pivot bar resembles our 26-412 Flared Pivot Bar. However, this shoe is also compatible with the 26-040 Pivot Bar. Take a look over the dimensions for both of these pivot bars to determine which of these may be the best fit.
