Thanks for reaching out! I'm certain we can recommend a replacement operator to repair your window. Although, to confirm the exact replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the arm and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging sash.

Thanks for the additional photo. It's a bit difficult to identify the operator from the angle of the arm provided but I believe you may be able to use our 39-013, 39-027E, 39-412, 39-254E or 39-463 to replace your operator. To determine which of these might be the best fit, you'll need to confirm the length of your operator arm.

If it should happen to be 9-1/2", you'll also need to be sure to double check that your operator doesn't have an offset arm like the one shown on the 39-412.

Each of these handles is compatible with the 39-114L non-folding and the 39-205 folding crank handles.
