I needthe operator assemblies LH and RH for my casement windows that open in opposite directions, They are stamped TRUTH on one of the arms.Notice that on one window there is number 40986 stamped for RH side and 40987 stamped on LH side.Louis

I believe that you call the part in the picture an "Egress Roto Operator" and I think the part I need is part number 39-386 (I still want your expert confirmation). Custom balance

The pivot pins are 2 1/2" long. One has a number 1 on it and the other has a number 8. The other part only needs the metal brake. Any advice?
