window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year. Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.

Need to replace the part in the second photo. Looks like the mechanism that the handle connects to has broken and the handle no longer has anything to attach to. 31858 is on the arms that move the window. Truth is the brand name

Hi please help me identify my awning crank. It looks like 39-026 but I can't be certain. I attached photos including the interior. They're not the best. I can't figure out how to remove it from the awning mechanism.

I just wanted to make sure which parts I could purchase to replace these with ones that the handle folds down flat instead of sticking out like these old ones. Hi, I have these 16 year old Milgard Tilt windows that were in the house when I brought it. Milgard will not warranty them anymore. A couple of balancers are broken, others hard to operate. Hello, Please see attached pics and advise on the appropriate replacement part to order. The metal balance width is 1/2", channel depth 5/8", metal length 33", with plastic cap wings on both ends, and shoe length 1". Thank you, Amin

I no longer have the parts, but I need replacement retainer strips for a 1-1/4" Larson storm door. The part number is 120232803D (white, preferred) or 120232805D (black). The manufacturer said these parts are discontinued, and they no longer have them in stock.

Base 2 1/2 inch long, 7/8 inch wide, screw holes 1 7/16. These windows are in a double wide mobile, if that helps

Metal is 26in L. 9/16in W. Inscription reads " 26 _ 5 " (BSI DM)
