Looking for a replacement part for a Alcan window closing mechanism. This one works but does not close the window tight and correctly. See photo for the part that I need to replace.

Hey there, I had no problem identifying my pivot bar as the 26-226 as they had snapped and were removable. This is my pivot shoe. The channel depth seems to be around 5/8, width around 1 1/2 and height about 2 inches.

I need the door rollers for two Viking sliding glass doors purchased in August 1985. There is a label on the door identifying them as series: Sun Valley 300. Spec.: SGD-B1/ SGD/A2 (Mod:f) MST: 4-7x6-7/5-0x8-0 panels (OX). Can you determine the correct rollers with this information? ... (cont.)

The length on the metal Chanel is 27". It is stamped "26-12 CG5 CMC 54". The mfg is Milgard. I don't know then purchased- maybe 2010 but not confident. I need 2 of these Chanel balancers. Thank you for your help.

Good evening, Swisco,I have attached pictures of a pivot bar from my double hung, tilt, spiral balance window. This was on the bottom sash. Coil Balance Shoe for MI 3540-J single hung window. House was built in 2005. Plastic has gotten dried out and brittle.

Don't know what it does. But when it cracks, a piece locks the lower sash in place. Can't lift or close.
