Old Window Channel Balance appears to most closely resemble your series 351, but; 1) the bottom shoe on old balance measures about 1 1/16" wide, so not sure if 351 or 390 series is best, 2) marking/stamp on my channel says 1990, your stamp options only seem to go to 1960, although window sash seems ... The existing truth hardware operates fine if removed from the window. If attached then only works to open the window and can't close. Looks like the thread but pops up
