I think this wheel fell off of the screen for my Macor 70 patio door screen. I'm wondering if a replacement part is available. If a part is available, I would probably have it installed by a handman rather than try to do it myself.

Hello, I have several Milgard crank windows that need replacement parts. A couple need new lock assemblies and a few need, I think, new arm operators. When the crank is used, the window stops short of closing. Would you be able to tell me which parts I need?

Each one of my windows have a left and a right opening and it seems like the arms are ok but crank is bad or just the cover to crank is broke and the screw will not close the window with out pushing it from outside.

hello I have two pairs of windows with these operators. Two have now failed and I would like to replace all four. They are "Entry Guard" 31538 and the one that is pictured also has a large "L" stamped on the arm.

Trying to replace these latches. They are corner latches with a piece that runs down the side of the window and attaches with a screw. The window data is in one of the attached photos. Thanks!

Hello,I'm a remodeler and have numerous windows with broken string balancers. the only stamp I can find is 26D BS1 and measured end to end are 27" long. The strings have a hook attached that attaches into the channel. I have replaced numerous types in my career but I have no idea how to remove these ... (cont.)

This part is brass and the button broke off. My local home depot store can't help.

I removed a Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork window (installed 1992) from the opening for maintenance, and the window balancer boot broke into about 12 pieces. The string is still accessible. What part do I need to replace the broken piece? The photo is of the opposite side that is not broken. ... (cont.)
