Hi, My sash weighs 27lbs. The metal is 33" long. The stamp is 32-4 HKS CMC 43 on one side & 32-9 HKS CMC 34 on the other. Based off of others posts and your replies, I believe I need the S385 (1 3/32") 3240. Thank you for your help. Doug

The pivot bars in our pivot window are broken. The only thing I can read on the bar is "china". I haven't seen anything on the website that matches exactly. Do you have a recommendation? Should both the shoe and bar be replaced?

Balancer has markings of B.S.I 26 then a space and the number 4. The metal part is 26 3/4 long and a channel hannel depth is 9/16 also.width of 9/16.
