I have 6 of these that have broken off the windows. The only marking is 27B on the back. They are all the same size with the same type of swivel connection that attaches it to the window. The length is 27 inches on each, not including any plastic. Can these be replaced? If so, the cost for each on ... (cont.)

These are for Jordan windows from 1993. The channel is marked: 28 3 Caldwell GM.The metal channel is 1/2" wide, and is 29" long not including the plastic end clips. I want to replace entire balance including spring. Thank you

The window hinge where it attachs to the 10 inch stainless steel slider bar has come apart. Looks like corrosion on the pin. See the attached photos

I need to replace most of the original 1995 vintage metal tabs that secure the window screens in Andersen windows. I see you have a suggested replacement of this handle. 39-226. hex nut is 5/16, measurements work but the folding? Mine does not articulate or fold, will this replacement work? Also I have a small (black) rubber gasket. Any thoughts on how to replace this? thanks.
