I have a broken Block and Tackle Sash Balance. I have Philips Stayton Windows. Length - 32 inches, Width - 1/2 inch. sticker on old channel balance (31 5 EX CMC 2) Please Advice.

Print on Window balance reads: 25 4 AX CMC 7. Appreciate your help to identify the right part.Thanks,Anil

I'm looking for the top and bottom track for these glass sliding doors. Both measure 96" wide. I bought these but with no track and I'm having difficulty find what track would work with the top at the minimum.I appreciate any information you can provide. Thanks Anthony

Do you carry a replacement exterior door handle for a sliding door like this one? The exterior handle is cracked in half, so needs replaced. The interior lock handle broke. The screws are 6 1/4 inches apart. The overall length is 9 inches. There are no markings I can find. Do you have anything that would fit?

Please help with replacement handle hardware. Internal mechanism has 0894 and says made in Brazil. On the facing is PADO and LATAO. All brass. No other components have writing.

The plastic bases are intact. Maybe just need the roller and wheel inserts.

The old channel balance is from Caldwell 26 3 . The balance length is 27 inch. Width is 1/2 inch. Sash weight is 25 lb. Please advise the series fit my window.
