metal part is 31 and 5/8in. Stamp is 31 6. windows manufactured probably 2003. i need 2 of these.

I am looking to replace 3 window arm operators. Please let me know if you have them, and how much each will cost. The info. on the arms reads as follows: R30842 - This one opens the window to the left I need one. 51538A - This one opens it to the right - I need two.

I am Stan with Glass Doctor of western washington. I would like your help in locating these parts. On one picture i see the name MACO. Other then that i don't see any othere logos to indicate who manufatured the window.

I have a 1" depth screen door. Will this work? Thanks.

Hi, hoping this is still a current part in your catalog. Outside handle broke off the studs, see photos. Only thing I've found is "Sash Controls, Canton SD", and a US patent number D466787 on the interior of the casting (did not try to disassemble the interior part). Let me know if you need more inf ... Have Weather Shield awning windows needing new operators. How do I insure I have ordered an exact replacement?

Trying to determine from this roller what roller I would need. If this particular roller not available is there another roller that works the same way and would work.

Not sure the make. It measure about 21 across the arms when closed. The handle opening is 5" x 7/8". It is white center mounted crank. They window is about 15" x 36"w ....opening about 8-9 normally.

Do you have a replacement roller. Not sure what brand door. Is old but in very good condition except for rollers. Don't know what brand. Can't find any markings. Please let me know. Bob Thanks

Hi there - we have A LOT of windows that have broken cranks. A few are 40887. They don't close all the way and some don't crank. I just found out you can get replacements. We are super capable and are happy to tackle this on our own. Thanks! Stef

We ordered item 95-034 3/4 x3/8 screen but still to small. Order 2358674. Sent a picture of old corner piece. Can you see if you have larger screen frame corner. Thank youSally

I need a pair of window tilt latches. The main body is 2 5/8". The groove that it fits into is 1/2 inch wide. Do you have a set?

The sliding door in the photos is very hard to move, and a handyman (the person in the glove) said we need to find new wheels (2) as shown. We couldn't find any markings. Can you help?

These clips hold a Harvey window screen to the main portion of the window frame and keep them in place. Do you carry these or similiar?Please advise. Thanks.John
