I am looking for a truth brand dual arm window crank replacement I need about 4 of them. The long arm is 9-3/8" long and the short arm is 7-5/8" long. The base plate is 4-7/8" x 2-1/16". Can you please help me find these parts?

Hello, We have a 1980's era single-hung window that has a window balance mounted horizontally at the top of the window. The cable connecting the balance to the window is broken. As shown in the photos, there is a stamping on the outside that says BSI 163. The label says Series 680, DH-R15, and Mfgr ... (cont.)

One of the channel balances decided to eat itself and I pulled it out to replace it. I've got 2 main snags. 1. I measured the metal channel and they are both 22" long, but the number stamped at the bottom says "27". I'm guessing I need to buy replacements that are 22, but can anyone confirm? 2. I ... (cont.)

Hello, I am seeking a window balance pair for a 1989 viking non tilt sliding window. The channel measures 29 inches long and 1/2 inch wide I believe. There are ears on the upper plastic piece but not the lower. Thank you
