Hi I have a 1986 aluminum sliding glass door and the roller broke out of one side both sides are the same part I don't see any numbers or identification on the housing. Please advise if you know what this part is and if you carry it. Thank you so much!

Hi, I'm trying to replace the window Operator the bolt's teeth in the second picture has snapped off and is stuck inside the third picture. The brand is by Allied Windows which has run out of business. Please let me know if you have this part. Thanks!

Im looking to see which mortise lock would fit this size. Its centered latch and the screws at 4 inches apart.would the 82-081 fit on my door. Also do you just sell the lock cylinder and handle by itself

I have aluminum frame sliding glass windows, installed in the late 60's. They are double pane with the ability to remove the inner glass to clean inside. The inner glass fram has a slot that holds a round rubber seal. Some of my windows fog up in the cold weather. The seals are hard and shrinking a ... (cont.)

Is the Series 140 Quick-Tilt, Dual AAMA certified or tested for AAMA compliance?

I have a 52" wide X 49.5" window. The window has two lower fixed metal "supports" that appear to fit into the base of the balance. The existing broken balancer measures 21"and has a stamp "20-9" It appears to be e block and pulley type. Can you identify the two new balancers I need please? ... (cont.)

My windows have 15-177 balance shoes and 26-466 pivot bars. Unsure of the coil weight. Windows are vinyl. Lower sash is 32" x 38". Thank you
