If you are looking at my anderson casement window from the inside and the right side of the window is the part that needs to be replaced would this be considered a right or left side crank assembly by anderson..is it 39-146 or 39-147? I dont see a part number on my window but they were installed in ... (cont.)

In photo 5250 shows how the top of the window has dropped slightly and it has a small gap in the left top corner. Which allows air and pest to enter my home. Need replacement lock for door. No label on door for brand. Label on the glass is guardian. Guardian says they only sell the glass

The part in the attached photo is in the window track and has a window coil attached to it. I'm not sure if I have to replace both parts or if I can just replace the coil. I could not locate an exact match on your website. I also need to replace the coil balance shoe.

Our Historical Society has several old jewelry store display cases. the access to the cases is through a number of "sashes" on the back of the cases. Could you please send us these 4 samples. As you can tell on the window crank piece a small part is broken off.

Length of metal channel is 25.5 inches. I don't know the brand of window. The lock on the window reads "Insulate". It is a double pane window. It is metal clad. The widow is about 17 years old or so, from the original build.

Screw holes match up (11 15/16) but the locking mechanism does not. Hopefully you can match a handle to fit my doors. Thanks

Looking to replace these white plastic spacers that are breaking, do you have anything that would work? They are about 3/16" thick.

The sun ruined my plastic screen clips. they just snap in the frame no screws needed to hold in window frame. If there is somthing else I could use I'm willing to try it.

This is a Florida window and the 15-029 custom shoe is an exact size match. I assume that custom shoe would go on a S380-37 with the 3640 option, confirm? I only need one balance to replace the broken one. As far as the top sash guides, these are the ones that are closest: 18-044, 18-161, and 18-01 ... (cont.)

Stamp on side says 15-4 IM5 CMC

Sending some pictures to see if you can match my internal latches. I have several left and right hand latches that are broken. I can't find any manifacturers name on the windows or the latches. Thanks in advance for your help!
