Installed shutters and they would not close with the standard cranks. Need either folding or shorter cranks, There is a manufacturer's logo TRUTH on the inside of the housing. Pictures attached. Purchases others, but they are to big. thanks for your help

Hello, I have windows that I believe are original from the 1950s. Some of them do not stay up properly. They have spring balances. Can I replace these springs to restore them? I can provide more photos if that would help.

I need a new window sash. There is no indicator of who the manufacturer is, but there is a sticker with "H-LC25-52x77" printed on it. It also has "SERIES 0100 SINGLE HUNG" printed on it. Is there any way to identify who manufactured the window or how to get a replacement sash?

Hello, I need some guidance on obtaining the correct pivot bar replacement part as well as replacement screens for the model vinyl window sticker in my photos. I need oval pocket door flush recess pulls. They measure app. 3.3/4 x 1 3/8 inches.

Window appears to have been forcibly removed shearing off the springs to the window balance. Balance body and shoe appear undamaged.The springs are marked as 6.5 x 35, and #7.5 x 35" respectively.I need the two sets of springs to repair this window balance.Please advise.James

Hello, thanks for help identifying these slide bolts. They appear to be nylon or some similar plastic that has become brittle with age.
