Can you advise on a replacement door lock like the one in the images?

I want to replace the brass track that holds my two large bypass mirrors over my bathroom sinks. The top and bottom track are 72" long. I want to replace them with brushed nickel. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Milgard Style Line Single Hung window (36 wide x 60 tall) tilt-in lower sash. Balancer mechanism is twisted in frame and can't remove lower sash. Suspect balancer is damaged/twisted. Not sure what part(s) to replace and how to get window sash out

I NEED THIS WINDOW CHANNEL BALANCE.

These are basic windows from 1996 I think. The only markings are Mastic on the window locks. I'd like to buy at leaas eight of them, if possible. Thank you. Gary
