I am trying to figure out the model of this window balance. Metal to Metal Length is 36 inch. Width is between 1/2 and 5/8. It is a plain balance with a metal hook in thr top and and shoe on the bottom.

The screw broke off taking the wheel out that's whatu see in the picture under the adjustment screw . The wheel housing is around 3/4 thick 2inchs long excluding the adjustment wheel plate and wheel.and 7/16 from top to bottom. This window is missing the part that connects from the window crank to the bottom of the window. I do not know where the part that was connected to the bottom of the window is. I need help finding that part.
