We are looking to replace this window lock and keeper. We believe it is from a Peachtree window.

The screw base broke off I cant find a replacement at any of the big chain stores

The only marking on these balances is a Q B.S.I 2830 These are off of Kinco Windows.

I have non-tilting, single sash aluminum windows that need new balances. The spring attaches under the sash in a plastic bracket. The tube is measuring 9/16 inch, so should I size up to the 5/8 tube or 500 series? And can you confirm they will hook into the bracket under the sash? And do you sell th ... (cont.)

We are looking for window sash replacements for a house built in th 1980s. We think it would be the 500 series but the color tip on ours looks like it is yellow. Width measures 9/16" but your site states standard would be 5/8" The length measured is 29-1/8" Need your recommendation for what a compa ... (cont.)

Flat base is 1 1/16" Distance from left to bubble is about 1/2" Distance

Wider than normal - appears to be 2 1/8" wide Kerf Distance is around 1 1/16 which is also wider than normal

The old clips broke off need new ones

I am looking for the felt weather strip for these windows as well as the string cable that helps to guide the window up and down.

One is 24" just the metal the other is 33"

We have 34 year old aluminum clad double hung windows that are in pretty great condition, except for the failing window balances. Each balance is stamped with "B.S.I. 28xHD", is 29" long, and 5/8" wide. I have no idea who the window manufacturer might be as I can't find any stamp on the window its ... (cont.)
