The balance is 24 inches long and marked 23c. Also I need replacement caps for top of window itself. They are black and 5/8 by 5/8 internal measurement. Top is flat and measures 7/8 by 3/4. The windows are approximately 40 years old. Thank you. Mike

Hi I have Anderson windows that are working properly just the handles are totally broken and I would like to replace them...

The plastic pivot is broken at the screws that hold it in place. Let me know if you have the correct parts, I believe the window is a Nu-air window approx 35 inches h and approx 50 inches wide.

Looking for white plastic screen corner keys for Kolbe & Kolbe Double Hung window screens. Measures 3/8" thick and 15/16" square with the Kolbe & Kolbe logo on the key.

I need the white item about 1/2" shorter than the one in the picture that latches into the hooks on Multi -Point Mortise Lock item 82-239. The Mortise Lock item 82-239 in the picture is a Double hook lock.

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for this plastic glazing for an old aluminum window (brand unknown). The old plastic has gotten brittle. If I find the right or compatible one, is it better for shipping to order two 6' or four 3' if my window is ~34"x28"?

looking for a replacent screen door roller for a jeld-wen door. 5/16 wide

I can't find any markings on the springs a round pin is what sits in the plastic piece. It is screwed in at the top like a channel balancer. The bottom window that goes up has a S795 28d balancer.

I need this part to repair a window that is off the balancer.

Hi I'm trying to locate the proper window balancers for my windows The old plastic pulleys inside the channel are broken and the string on another broke.
