the holder that goes in the wall jam reads pat*810108 the back of the window balance reads 28C and that is it, no 4 digit code anywhere on it. i have no clue who the window manufacture was either. They were installed in this house in 2008

The only markings / sticker I can find is attached. We cannot seem to remove the door by lifting. The rollers are sticking and need replacement units.

Can you help identify a replacement handle for the patio door in the attached photos? I need the handle to work with the existing lock mortise if possible. The door thickness is 1-3/4". Hello! Unfortunately I don't have the handle itself, but I'm looking for something that will fit with these holes....distance from center of top hole to center of bottom hole is approx 3.75 inches.
