I have some "All Weather Windows" which need the window sash balances replaced. Looking on line, I found the balance matches your p/n S-385 in a 38" length. The weight of the sash is 39lbs which is beyond the 37-40 max weight capacity of 32lbs. The stamped # in the balance channel is 37-E-50. Can a ... (cont.)

Wanted to this part for a sliding glass screen door. The plastic piece is 1 5/8" long. From the bottom of the plastic piece to the end of the wheel is 2 1/8".

Broken window clips on 10 windows

We have some older Marvin Units that have folding hardware. The current handles and back plates are chrome and are needed in dark bronze. We need the matching door lock hardware as well.

Could I replace only spring and do you have proper spring for this ballance
