27 inch metal channel, in mobile home.

26 5/8 just the metal rail. Marking: 2640

The window was not staying in the open position and during the inspection/investigation I discovered there were pieces that were broken. The window balance is a 28F. It is 28 inches long x 9/16, x 5/8 inches. The last picture is of the pivot lock shoe in the channel, which the pivot lock bars were b ... (cont.)

This is the lock keeper for a rescara window. It is adjustable with a set screw on a sliding track. The adjustable portion cracked. Thanks!

Plastic guides broke on 3 pt lock

This shoe measures 2 and maybe a 16th" by 1 and 3/16 or 1/4" by 9/16-5/8" thick. Spiral tilt vinyl windows probably from the mid 1980's.... What are your recommendations for replacement part? Thank you! Herb M.
