The balance is just a plain spring. Not a coil spring, not a spring inside a channel, not a spiral spring, just a plain spring. The spring is hidden under a plastic glazing strip.

Please help with identifying these stops

Hello, I need two of these parts - a right side and a left side. I do not know the manufacturer of the window, Do these pictures give you enough information to go on? I hope you can help me. You come highly recommended!

Purchased two crank hardware from disco but the do not fit. 39-089 and 39-090 arm (first arm) is too long. Please let me know if you have the proper hardware to do the replacement. I'll need to return the two I received. Thx. Rich

I need some help finding a replacement for this Part. I need a top and Bottom hinge(?) as this hinge keeps allowing the Glass to slip out. The glass is 1/2" thick and Single Paned.

I have what looks like the 39-154 operator covers for my Anderson windows(installed in 1985) I thought removing the 2 screw and handle would allow me to "pop off" the cover. Is it attached to something else? Thanks

Both sides of the balance parts are no longer working. The part number I got from the right side is all I have for now. Are you able to identify the parts I will need to get so the window can be repaired and open up and down again? Please advise.

Lookin for the right or like kind part for the existing Mildor handle. They fit the measurement of 6 3/8 on center
