Good night, trying to identify the weather stripping type or a viable replacement for whats pictured in the photo with the window tag. Also trying to identify whats used to make those grid lines on the window glass. All mine are brittle and break off byt touching. I need to fix 5 simillar windows. ... (cont.)

Looking for the proper replacement for these clips.

I don't know the manufacturer. There are no markings. Two photos are on one side, the other photo is the other side. Also the "pins" on the widow that slide into the balance are gone(corroded away).

Scissors are bent and hand crank is stripped out

Identify window frame retaining brackets (top) that hold window balance for opening & closing window.

The lock would not unlock. Had a tech come out and he removed the front part and replaced it with the outside handle on inside. Looking for new handle with lock.

There are no visual markings on metal window balance frame. Provided all photos to assist in identifying correct replacement window balance.

This part is broken on top and bottom on right side. It is a Prism window showing on the lock!

These latches are off of a 25 year old window with no identification. They are almond,and measure 1"x 3" and 5/16" tall. Screw holes are at 2" centers.

I would like to replace the two hinges on a casement awning window. Is this hinge available?Window mounting bracket 6", arm 6 5/8", slide 2". The number 30122 stamped on metal.Thanks,Jeff

The balance rod appears twisted as if to tension a spring, but the twisted part retracts into a chamber on beside the top sash.

I have never seen this window before. Has cbc 2-97 on the glass. The shoe that is in the jamb has the clip that the spring was attached to broken off.

Looking to replace all of the sliding glass door track wheels if we can purchase them. Current ones have failed. Not sure who the manufacturer is. Thanks in advance and hoping you can help us.
