The window opening mechanism has Truth Entryguard stamnoped on it, so i assumed the lcok was the same brand. It is a Marvin window. The lock handle just flops down and wont stay in the upright position.

The shoe measures 3 3/4" long when together 1 1/2 inch width Depth 1/2 inch I need both pieces and the bracket they it attaches to. 2 1/4 lower 1 1/2 upper

We've ordered parts for you as we are fixing some windows in our house. There were a couple of blocks that I've given you Pictures. The closest seems to be your item number 90–180. What's your opinion please

On the pictures are window operators that needs to be replaced.Please help me to identify these part numbers.They all are made by Truth and have numbers on arms 30744 abd 30905.I need 3 of first 2 pictures - 2 right and 1 left.And one of pictures 3 and 4 right.And 3 handles for them in white color.P ... I was hoping you could identify what replacement balance and sash guides I need. The channel balances are 28" long and have "27 3" stamped on them. This was the best I could get as far as the guide. The other side didn't even have one. It seems to be 18-009? Thanks!

can we come up with a latch that will replace these latches on these old metal windows.

I ordered this bracket doesn't fit. I don't know if I need a whole handle to make it fit. The bracket I ordered is the correct length but has some other features my bracket doesn't have. At times the mortise hooks do not engage with the latch. The patio door looks locked but it can be opened. Additionally, at other times when attempting to engage the mortise hooks they do not engage all the way as if they are striking the latch and go no further. The anti slam button is activated. ... I need a right hand operator for louver windows. The flat connector arm is 2 7/8" hole to hole and holes are 3/8". Distance between lower mounting holes is 1 1/8" and the distance between the upper two holes is about 7/16". The vertical distance between the lower and upper mounting holes is about 5 ... (cont.)

Looking for a new operator per the attached pics

Need new as the closer broke from a forceful close. HOME DEPOT AND LOWES have these but they do it fit. Don't know name of these 10 year old windows thanks so much

I did not remove the latch and was not able to see any numbers or maunfacturers identification markings.
