Hi, Can you please tell me which channel balance to order? I couldn't include the image with the measurement, but it is just slightly over a half an inch wide. It looks like it's an S385-22, but I need confirmation and also need to know which option. Thanks, Lisa

Dimensions: 1" L 1/2" W and 5/8 depth no numbers or markings but believe it was from the mid 1980s when the house was built.

Hi I would like to replace some broken tilt latches (12 pieces) and pivot bars (12 pieces). I think the tilt latch should be 26-39, but it is discontinued as I checked on the website. I have a double window with broken balancers and tilt pins. The attached pictures are the broken balancer and picture and number on an identical window I have that is in good condition.

Windows are Pella Pro-Line, wood clad, Model 1, installed in 1998. Weatherstripping is flat strip 5/8" wide in total. 1/4" is relatively stiff and has two 1/8" barbs for holding in channel on window frame. The remaining 3/8" is more flexible. In the original pictures, there is a track/glide that has 32062 stamped on it. There is an upper track and a lower track. When opened, The glide makes a triangle. I need the lower track for a window that opens to the right (hinged on the right).
