I want to replace the channel balances on a single hung PGT window. The balances are 30" long by 1.2 inch wide. One balance has the legend: 2965 BSIB The other has the legend: 29 9 BS Caldwell

I see two styles on the site but neither look like this. Are they interchangeable?

I ordered two S795-32 opt 32F and two S795-28 opt 28d channel balances on order 2212873. Unfortunately for me, these come with the 19-043 screw clip and the Ply Gem windows use the 15-198 balance clip.
