The black lever is busted and is on the left side of the window it's a right swing window it opens to the right the lock is on the left. The picture is the lock lever itself and then behind it we can see from the outside with the sash open of the basement window

I am searching for replacement closet door tracks.

We ordered part 39-140 to replace the part shown in the pictures. Everything matches, except the 39-140 part does not have the 'holes' as shown in the pictures provided. Do you have another part that would match the pictures?

This latch is what locks when you press the lever in place. It is a crystal window bay window.

There where no names or numbers on this door. It's a thin style sliding door that's less than an inche wide. Looks like a door out of an old mobile home.

I am looking for a pair of window balances but they appear to be nonstandard. The channel is 1/2" wide and is 19 1/2" long. I have added the pictures of the ends and the stamp.

I just bought an older home with a florida room off the back of the house. The one jalousie window(roughly 19x53) has been bent apart at the bottom. Please tell me where I can find a replacement window.

It's 30" long (metal only), 1/2" or 9/16" wide channel, bottom shoe 1 1/16" deep, wings on top and bottom shoes, stamped "29 9 CX CMC 4" It closely resembles the 385 series. I also have a second balance to replace, pictures attached. It has the same style and dimensions except it is stamped 29-4 JX ... (cont.)
