Require 2 broken window balances. Only marking is 28C. Metal portion of the balance is 29 inches long. Winged plastic tips.

Need to replace plastic locks on tilt sash window.

I have several 20 year old Home Depot vinyl windows that have broken tilt latches. The latches will not slide out for replacement. The end is welded/glued to the sash. I think I need a slim top mount latch but need help picking the correct one. Thanks, David

These 1/2" balances are 34" long. Unfortunately, the bottom tips were broken off, and the pieces lost. I am not sure how it went together, as they both flew out during the window removal. The closet door wheels are on the bottom of the door. Stamped on the metal is "to adjust loosen screws half turn. My doors are 4' x 8'.
