I have a double-hung (non-tilt) window where the upper sash does not want to stay fully closed. It sags just a bit, leaving a drafty gap at the top of the window. I assumed it was a worn-out balance, but I am having trouble identifying even the type of the device, and how to remove or replace it. ... (cont.)

Pella came by to service them and said they need lower balances. They no longer carry the parts. They suggested I reach out to you to see if you might have the parts. I attached a picture of the serial number. 34"x 64"

I need parts # for the pivot shoe. The window top is 24 inches orange tip 9/16 diameter. The bottom is 27 inches orange tip 9/16 diameter. Hello , I thought lock 90-180 and keeper 90-183 were the correct replacements but now I'm not sure . I'm concerned mostly of the center to center hole dimensions of each part . I work at a hotel and have over 122 windows and quite a few of them have broken locks . Thanks

How to change out the T-lock balance shoe.

I need 6 replacement channel balances for my Pella vinyl single-hung windows. The channel is 32" long, stamped 32G BSI and the Balance Shoe is 1" wide. I have attached a picture of each end of the channel balance. Can you tell me if you have a replacement for these?

Hi trying to find replacement sweep for Pella inswing entry door. wood interior, clad exterior. the kerf location looks different than a architect or lifesytle series though.

I need a left and a right coil balance for a window. I don't see a code except "5.5 35" D03 SM1". Which ones would these be?

The tube is 28 7/8" long. The windows are aluminum, original to house, built in the 70's we believe. One of the pictures show a number "2" on the end piece. My house is 30+ years old. The kerf for the wearer stripping is 1/4" wide by 5/8" deep. It is foam filled bubble weather strip. Do you make a replacement for this? My carpenter has not found one that has similar dimensions.
