One in pick has all bearings. The other has all the ball bearings missing. Bearings roll around the assembly. No numbers on assembly other than #1. No model or part numbers on door. Needing 2 assemblies

Its still in the window at my daughters house I think it is a MI vinyl window,the Balance has a M 5 on it, this is the good side the other side is broke the die cast part is broke and the nylon is distorted too thanks Ron

Hi there, I didn't see any markings on the window to identify it any further... it appears to be one your windows which is why I'm writing. It seems to me it needs a new pair of "saddles" for the window to stay in position. If this isn't enough information, please let me know where to look on the ... (cont.)

Hello thanks for your help I'm looking for this balancer plus the pivot tilt piece do you have a few options that might fit for this old aluminum window in a building I need about 100 of these?

I have windows installed in the 90s. Some of them have issues closing or not closing correctly due to the latch shown in the pictures. Can these latches be replaced?
