Looking for a replacement for this Milgard window crank Series 3510 Casement Product line #032-187 Hopefully you can provide some options

See if you have anything that matches this sliding patio door lock. The ones they have at Lowes or Home Depot fit the door but the keeper doesn't stick out like the old one does. Help is needed.

1997 house with Certainteed vinyl DH windows 36x58, typical. Lower sash of one needs both balances. See attached photo - pulley appears to have "Certainteed 86710" imprint on one side. Please let me know if I can order these spring balances, or if you need more information.

I'm having a hard time finding a replacement pivot bar.

I have Florida hurricane rated sliders. The strike plate on the door frame has cracked and I am try to replace it.

Tenants in the house installed a doggie door, which requires removing the keeper. The dog door has now been removed, but the keeper is lost, so am not able to lock the door. I need to find a new keeper.

Need pivot bars : one bar has the number 5 on it the other has number 7 on it. Anchors: The number on the anchor spring is 7.5 31p (523208) The label is the sticker attached to the window.

Measures 28 inches long. 27DS 32 is stamped on metal.

Greetings, I need (2) each left and right internal tilt latches and associated tilt latch actuators (missing) for (2) windows. It look like 26-234 might be the correct acuator but I'm unable to identify the tilt latch. Best Regards, Rick
