Hello, I need to order a part. It holds the bar that helps to lock the window.

I need a pair of Channel Balance parts. They go to my bathroom window. When I bought this house one was missing the other was laying next to the window. The metal channel is 10 5/8 inches long. There is a stamping that reads 10 1. Another that looks like BSI. I hope you can help. Thanks ... (cont.)

I need 2 single hung non tilt balance bars. the metal channel measures 37' without the ends. The stamped number on the bars are 3650 . I am attaching photos so you can see what I have. Thank you for any help you can give me.Lanny

These are parts from 20-year-old window which are broken. the only information that I can find about the window is an etching on the glass...possibly AFG is the manufacturer. I can't find this latch!! and the windows are not that old. they are in an apartment complex in the high desert of California - any advice? we don't know the brand of windows installed....

The stamp on mine is 2420 The length is 25 inches And it is a 1/2 wide It has 2 Pullys one end with a flat plastic piece at the other end.
